What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve beverages according to recipe specifications and guest preferences.

Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, providing recommendations and taking orders promptly and accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Engage in upselling and suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.

Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service to guests.

Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and laws, including checking identification and monitoring guest intoxication levels.
What You'll Need:

Previous experience as a bartender.

Knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink mixing techniques, and beverage service standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Certification in responsible alcohol service (Smart Serve) is required.

Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
