High Point Property Services is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Technician Lead for premium residential lawn and property maintenance in South Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and nearby areas.
This is hands-on lawn and garden maintenance work for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of clean finished results. Higher starting wage is available for candidates with proven mowing, trimming, edging, trailer, turf care, or crew lead experience.

What you will do
● Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blow-off
● Garden bed weeding and general landscape maintenance
● Hedge trimming and pruning support when needed
● Spring and fall cleanups
● Turf care support, including aeration, overseeding, topdressing, and fertilizing
● Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials
● Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and ready
● Following route instructions and property-specific notes
● Representing High Point professionally at client properties
● Manage and nurture existing/new client relationships
● Update and navigate our CRM system and tech stack
What we are looking for
●Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in changing weather
● Strong attention to detail
● Comfortable with physical work and a fast-paced day
● Respectful around client homes and properties
● Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
● Experience with lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic landscape tools is preferred
● Valid driver's licence is required
● Applicator licence or turf care certification is a strong asset
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
