Appointment Setter / Drone Roof Inspector Trainee

THIS IS NOT A ROOFING LABOUR JOB
You will not be carrying shingles.
You will not be swinging a hammer.
You will not be working on a roofing crew.
Instead, you'll be learning valuable sales, marketing, communication, and technology skills while helping homeowners make informed decisions about their roofs.
If you're outgoing, motivated, and willing to talk to people, we can teach you the rest.

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility will be generating appointments for our sales team by speaking with homeowners in neighborhoods throughout Kelowna and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Door-to-door canvassing
- Speaking with homeowners
- Setting appointments for roof inspections
- Representing the OK Roof Revival brand professionally
- Learning drone operation and roof inspection procedures
- Performing drone roof inspections (training provided)
- Recording customer information
- Working home shows and community events when required
- Supporting marketing and lead generation efforts
No Experience Required
We provide full training.
Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:
- Sales
- Customer service
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Landscaping
- Construction
- Athletics or team sports
We're primarily looking for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
CompensationFirst 4 Weeks
Guaranteed training compensation plus performance bonuses.
Expected earnings:
$800 - $1,400+ per week
After Training

Approximately 40 hours per week
Part-Time
15-25 hours per week
Afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays preferred.
