Northern Paws Dog Walking is growing, and we're looking for reliable, dog loving team members to join us in Upper Southwest Calgary and City Centre.
If you enjoy being outdoors, staying active, listening to your favourite podcasts, and making dogs' days a little brighter, this could be the perfect part time job.
What you'll be doing:
- Visiting clients' homes while they're at work to care for their dogs
- Taking dogs on private neighbourhood walks, trail adventures, and off leash park visits
- Providing playtime, enrichment, fresh water, treats, and plenty of love and attention
- Taking photos and writing visit updates for pet parents through our app
- Helping keep pet areas tidy and bringing in packages when needed
- Representing Northern Paws at local events and helping grow our business through community outreach, partnerships, flyers, and free walk promotions

Compensation:
- Dog walking visits paid at $18.75/hour, plus client tips
- Marketing activities paid at $15/hour
- $25 referral bonus for every new client you help bring in
- Most team members earn $180 to $1,000+ per month, depending on their availability
