The Role at a Glance
Endurance Taekwondo is not just a gym — we're a community institution, voted the #1 Martial Arts School for 10 consecutive years. This role is at our Port Moody flagship: our founding school and our largest, home to hundreds of families. It's the front door to everything we've built. We're looking for a high-energy professional to run our front-of-house, welcome families, and drive enrollment for the next generation of students.
The Schedule
- Monday–Saturday, 40 hours per week (exact shifts discussed at offer)
The Mission
We aren't hiring a "receptionist" to sit behind a desk. We're hiring a Relationship Builder.
Your mission: make every person who walks through our doors feel like the most important person in the building. You'll blend 5-star hospitality with operational precision — growing the school while upholding the standard our families have trusted for over a decade. This is our marquee location, so it gets our marquee person.
What You'll Do
- The Ultimate Host — You're the first and last face our families see. Energy, warmth, and professionalism in the lobby, every single day.
- Enrollment & Growth — You guide prospective families from first phone call to first class, helping them understand the life-changing value of martial arts. You own the enrollment numbers and you love it.
- Community Connector — You're the go-to for parents: questions, concerns, and feedback handled with grace and speed.
- Operational Excellence — You keep the academy running — attendance, billing, scheduling — inside our CRM, ZenPlanner.
- Standard-Bearer — This is the flagship. You set the tone the other locations look to.
Who You Are

Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (high-end retail, hospitality, or front-desk administration preferred), ideally with a track record of hitting goals.
- You live within a reasonable commute of Port Moody.
- Experience with scheduling/CRM software (ZenPlanner, Google Workspace) is a strong asset.
