Job Summary
The Warehouse Quality Control Associate is responsible for inspecting customer-returned apparel to ensure all items meet warehouse quality standards. This role involves identifying product defects, recording inspection results in the warehouse system, and sorting items based on condition and processing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect customer-returned apparel according to company SOP and quality standards
Identify and document product issues, including:
- Damage or defects
- Stains or dirt
- Signs of wear or usage
- Hair, lint, or foreign materials
- Incorrect size, style, or color
Record inspection results accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Scan and input product data based on different return scenarios
Sort and categorize items according to condition and processing flow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Performance Expectations
- Productivity target: 95+ items per hour
- Zero tolerance for errors or SOP violations
- Maintain consistent accuracy in inspection and data entry
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse QC or inspection (apparel experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOP strictly
- Ability to learn and operate WMS systems accurately
- Reliable and able to work at Vaughan warehouse location
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule
- Full-time position (5 days per week, Sunday off)
- Shift duration: up to 10 hours per shift
- Night Shift: 5:15 PM – 2:30 AM

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
