What You’ll Do Here:
Track and report EHS performance metrics across Utilities projects in Canada and the U.S.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support project and leadership decision-making
Support the development, revision, and implementation of EHS procedures, communications, and reporting tools
Ensure compliance with applicable Canadian and U.S. regulatory requirements and client standards
Maintain EHS records and documentation to ensure accuracy, organization, and audit readiness
Track and log non-conformances in EHS systems and assist with monthly reporting requirements
Administer EHS digital systems, including user access, troubleshooting, and system updates
Coordinate updates to Aecon’s EHS Management System and ensure project alignment
Support training coordination and track completion to ensure compliance with project requirements
Provide administrative support to the EHS team, including: Scheduling meetings and training sessions, preparing reports, presentations and meeting minutes, maintaining document control and filing system
Act as a liaison with project teams (field staff, supervisors, and managers) to resolve EHS-related issues
Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives related to EHS processes, tools, and data quality
What You Bring To The Team:
Experience supporting EHS programs in Utilities, construction, or infrastructure environments preferred
Exposure to multi-jurisdictional environments (Canada/U.S.) is an asset
Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
Experience with EHS systems, reporting tools, or safety management software
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI is an asset
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data and reports
Experience working with stakeholders across all levels, including field and leadership teams
Demonstrated ability to support continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy, nuclear) is an asset

Salary: The expected salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually.
Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
