Duties
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable hair care solutions.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet their hair care needs.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe salon environment.
