Velcor Construction Services Inc. is looking for a skilled commercial carpenter to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- MINIMUM 5 years commercial carpentry experience
- Reliable selection of basic hand and power tools
- Ability to proficiently read drawings, complete floor layouts, drywall and taping repairs, install doors, hardware, millwork, wood backing, t-bar repairs and ceiling tiles
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, superintendents and subtrades.
-Consistent, accurate and detailed with documentation including safety requirements
- Restoration carpentry would be an asset
- Reliable transportation is required with the opportunity for a company vehicle upon successful completion of the probationary period.
- Organization, resourcefulness and ability to efficiently manage time are a MUST
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
