Sales Representative – Robins Interiors & Design | Sussex, NB $55,000–$65,000 + Commission | Full-Time
Robins Interiors & Design is a full-service interior products showroom serving homeowners, contractors, and developers across Sussex and the surrounding region. We carry a curated selection of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and lighting from leading brands — and we're known for knowing our product inside and out.
We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join the team. This is a client-facing role that requires product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from first conversation to final sale.
This role is primarily inside sales with one day per week in the field.
What you'll be selling:
- Cabinetry and flooring (primary focus)
- Lighting, kitchen & bath products
- Countertops, tile, and interior finishes
What you'll be doing:
- Building and managing client relationships from first contact through project completion
- Preparing accurate, detailed quotes and product specifications
- Conducting site visits for field measurements as required
- Supporting walk-in showroom clients and responding to incoming inquiries
- Working closely with designers, contractors, and developers on larger projects
What we need from you:
- Proven, hands-on experience in cabinet and/or flooring sales
- Background in construction or the trades is a strong asset
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Detail-oriented when it comes to quoting and product selection
- Comfortable in the field and confident in front of clients
- Ability to follow procedures and policies
