Sheet Metal HVAC Installer (Residential & Light Commercial)

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated HVAC Sheet Metal Installer who’s ready to do more than just punch the clock.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install sheet metal ductwork for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specs
- Perform equipment installs (furnaces, RTUs, HRVs, etc.)
- Handle basic service and maintenance work when needed
- Work closely with the team to keep projects on schedule and up to standard
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of HVAC or sheet metal installation experience
- Strong understanding of residential systems (light commercial is a bonus)
- Someone who works hard, learns fast, and takes initiative
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew
- Pride in clean, high-quality installs
- Valid driver’s license
