MultiTech Trades Corp is looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects using Accubid
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required materials.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
- Review and update estimates based on changes in project scope or design.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical construction estimating
- Strong proficiency in estimating software such as Accubid.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail in pricing.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
