What You'll Do
- Contact and qualify inbound leads promptly.
- Build trust with residential and commercial customers.
- Understand customer goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Recommend building solutions that fit each customer's needs.
- Prepare and present quotations.
- Follow up consistently until projects are won or lost.
- Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with engineering, estimating, and project coordination teams.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding customer service.
- Prospect and develop additional opportunities when appropriate.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of sales experience (construction, building materials, manufacturing, home improvement, industrial products, automotive, agriculture, or related industries preferred).
- Is confident speaking with homeowners, farmers, contractors, developers, and business owners.
- Understands consultative selling and relationship building.
- Has exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Is organized and follows up consistently.
- Is self-motivated and accountable.
- Is comfortable working toward ambitious sales goals.
- Enjoys solving customer problems instead of simply selling products.

Schedule

Expected Earnings
$100,000 - $250,000+ per year
(Income depends entirely on individual sales performance.)
Pay: $100,000.00-$262,995.17 per year
