We are seeking a highly organized and professional bilingual (French & English) Aviation Operations & Administration Coordinator to join our aviation organization in Toronto.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience combined with aviation operations knowledge. This role involves supporting daily aviation activities, communication, coordination, and office administration within a professional aviation environment.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong administrative and office management minimum 2-5 years administrative experience preferred.
- Background in aviation operations, airline support, airport services, flight training, or aviation coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate aviation operations and daily administrative tasks
- Manage communication with students, clients, and aviation staff
- Maintain records, documentation, and scheduling support
- Assist with operational planning and reporting
- Support customer service and client coordination in French and English

Compensation:
