Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Apartment Units Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize apartment units, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Remove trash and replace liners in all designated areas
- Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows as needed
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for quality and efficiency
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and reaching
- Reliable transportation may be necessary depending on work location
- Prior experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is a plus but not required
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
