We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze customer needs, and offer solutions will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with sales inquiries, including upselling products and services when appropriate.
- Maintain phone etiquette while managing multiple calls effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or Recreation experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Available for evenings, weekends, and some holidays (as needed).
