Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd Year Parts Personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring that all parts are readily available for our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of parts management and excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow.
Duties
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Process orders for parts and materials as requested by various departments.
- Assist in the identification and sourcing of parts as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill requests in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with internal teams or external vendors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Previous experience in parts management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
