Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate cross-border freight between Canada and the USA.
Schedule drivers and monitor shipments.
Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Handle customs-related documentation and border crossing requirements.
Resolve delivery and scheduling issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate dispatch records.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cross-border dispatching (Canada/USA).
Strong knowledge of dispatch software and transportation operations.
Understanding of customs procedures and cross-border regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience working with trucking companies handling US cross-border freight.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
