Into the Wild Tours is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle & Tour Preparation Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is essential to ensuring our tour vehicles and equipment are clean, organized, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Clean tour vans after each trip (interior cleaning, garbage removal, wiping surfaces)
Wash and sanitize tour amenities used during trips, including mugs, blankets, and sit pads
Restock vans with required tour supplies and equipment
Prepare and refill hot beverage supplies (coffee, tea, hot chocolate)
Ensure all vehicles are organized and guest-ready before tours depart
Monitor supply levels and report items that need restocking
Drive company vehicles to access different vans when required
Job Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Ability to lift and move supplies when needed
Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
