Overall Responsibilities
The R & D Food Product Development Officer works closely with clients to create, refine, and scale food products for mass production. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure formulations meet client specifications, regulatory standards, and manufacturing capabilities. Responsibilities include managing product trials, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing recipes for large-scale production, and ensuring product consistency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. They act as a liaison between the client and manufacturing teams, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to full-scale production.
