Advanced Equipment Inc. manufactures custom industrial freezers and food-processing equipment. We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator who will also install and repair equipment at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- TIG weld and fabricate stainless steel equipment
- Read drawings and complete fit-up, fabrication, assembly, and finishing
- Build custom freezer components, frames, platforms, guards, and related equipment
- Install, modify, and repair equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot fabrication and installation issues
- Use grinders, saws, drills, measuring tools, and other fabrication equipment
- Work overtime and extended hours during installations when required
- Follow company and customer-site safety requirements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of TIG welding and fabrication experience
- Strong stainless steel TIG welding skills
- Experience with custom equipment or machinery fabrication
- Able to read fabrication and mechanical drawings
- Strong fit-up, measuring, cutting, grinding, and polishing skills
- Able to fabricate and assemble equipment with limited supervision
- Willing and able to travel approximately 40% or more
- Valid passport and legally able to travel to the United States
- Valid driver’s licence
- Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts during installations
Preferred
- Experience with industrial freezers or food-processing equipment
- Experience installing industrial machinery
- Experience with sanitary or food-grade stainless steel
- Forklift, scissor lift, boom lift, or fall-protection certification
Compensation
- Regular shop rate depending on experience

Selected applicants will be required to complete a practical welding and fabrication test.
Pay: $67,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
