General Labourer
Who We Are
Trevco Steel Ltd. is a family owned and operated steel fabrication company based out of Erin, Ontario. Since 2004, we have provided contractors and developers with a variety of steel fabrication and installation services.
We are currently seeking a full-time General Labourer to become a member of our day-shift team. Trevco Steel Ltd. ensures its employees a work environment that is safe, secure and consistent all while being both challenging and rewarding.
Who You Are
- Strong communication, problem solving, and english speaking skills.
- Hold a valid Ontario Drivers License.
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape.
- Overhead Crane experience.
- Previous experience working in construction or in industrial establishments is considered an asset.
- The ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization skills, problem solving, integrity, and task prioritization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others.
- Consistently and reliably work scheduled hours.
- Have a willingness to assist others with various tasks when required.
What You Do
- Assisting in offloading or loading of materials from delivery trucks and/or flatbed trailers.
- Painting structural steel with spray gun.
- Cutting and punching material as instructed.
- Making deliveries to job sites or otherwise using company pickup truck.
- Performing tasks around the workplace conducive to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform duties in a safe manner.
- Perform other general tasks as required.

Your Schedule
Day Shift
Full-time day shift working hours are 9 hours per shift Monday to Thursday and 8 hours per shift on Friday for a total of 44 hours per week.
Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-3:30pm
Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm
Saturday-Sunday: Off
