Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately in the system
- Review of RFQs and specifications
- Prepare quotations
- Coordinate production schedules
- Manage and supervise export documentation and logistics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify areas for improvement
- Provide shipping support
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
- An understanding of powder metallurgy terminology a definite asset

Pay: $42,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
