PinPoint Health is a leading multidisciplinary healthcare group serving the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrator for our busy Markham clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is looking to grow within clinic operations. While the position begins as part-time, there is a clear opportunity to advance into a full-time Clinic Manager role for the right candidate who demonstrates strong performance, leadership potential, and alignment with our clinic values.
As our clinic continues to expand, we are looking for someone interested not just in front desk support, but in developing into a key operational leader within the organization.
About the Role
You will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations in a multidisciplinary setting, supporting services including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and chiropody.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping to create a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, practitioners, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage high-volume phone, email, and fax communications
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across multiple practitioners
- Operate electronic medical records and clinic scheduling software
- Process debit and credit payments using POS systems
- Scan documents, sort mail, and maintain patient records
- Ensure accuracy in patient billing and provide cost-related information when required
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Keep the reception and front desk area clean and organized
- Support overall clinic flow and administrative operations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of medical receptionist or clinic administrative experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment
- Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and EMRs
- Experience with insurance, WSIB, or MVA billing is a strong asset
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Interest in long-term growth into a leadership or management role is highly valued
This role is also well-suited for Kinesiology or Rehabilitation graduates seeking hands-on clinical operations experience in a dynamic healthcare setting.
