Canstaff Employment Agency is actively seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a background in the Temporary Staffing Industry to drive new business and expand our client base across the GTA.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands staffing sales, client acquisition, and closing contracts in industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
If you have successfully sold temporary staffing solutions before, this is a high-income opportunity with uncapped commissions and strong growth potential.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify and target new clients in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
- Build a strong pipeline using tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io or similar platforms
- CRM systems
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and market research
Sales Execution (CORE FOCUS)
- Perform daily cold calls and follow-ups
- Conduct in-person client visits and door-to-door sales
- Present Canstaff’s staffing solutions and close deals
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand workforce needs and provide customized staffing solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients for their hiring challenges
CRM, Marketing & Follow-Up
- Track all activities, leads, and deals in CRM systems
- Execute email campaigns and follow-ups
- Support digital outreach and brand visibility
MANDATORY Requirements (Strict)
- Proven experience in sales within a Temporary Staffing Agency
- Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales / business development
- Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment cycles, and client needs
- Experience using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io (or similar lead tools)
- CRM platforms
- Comfortable with:
- Cold calling
- Face-to-face client meetings
- Field / outside sales
