Build a Modern Community Healthcare Program
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Lead Nurse to help lead and expand a growing Medical Foot Care Program serving the Grey-Bruce region.
This is an opportunity to step outside the traditional hospital environment and become part of a modern, community-focused healthcare initiative centered around senior care, prevention, diabetic foot health, and professional clinical standards.
We are building a structured, nurse-led healthcare program with professional sterilization systems, proper clinical workflows, high standards for infection prevention, and long-term expansion plans across multiple locations.
We already have the infrastructure, physical locations, equipment, and growing client demand. We are now looking for the right nurse to help lead the clinical side of the operation.
The Role
As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a major role in establishing and maintaining safe, high-quality patient care within the program.
Responsibilities may include:
- Performing patient assessments and identifying higher-risk conditions including diabetic complications, neuropathy, circulation concerns, wounds, infection risks, and mobility limitations
- Developing individualized care plans and maintaining professional clinical documentation
- Providing foot care services within your nursing scope of practice
- Assisting with development of policies, procedures, clinical workflows, and infection prevention standards
- Supporting safe referral pathways to physicians, wound care teams, chiropodists, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Supporting and mentoring clinical support staff within appropriate clinical boundaries
- Overseeing sterilization and instrument reprocessing standards using a Class B autoclave system
- Helping build a professional, respectful, and patient-centered clinical environment

Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RPN or RN)
- Strong professionalism and understanding of safe nursing practice
- Interest in senior care, preventive health, diabetic foot care, or community healthcare
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound clinical judgment
- Physical presence within the Grey-Bruce area
Foot care experience is considered an asset, but we are open to supporting the right candidate with additional training and certification opportunities.
