One Janitorial is a fully remote commercial cleaning company operating across Canada and expanding into the United States. We're hiring a Sales Team Lead to manage and develop our sales floor — a team of appointment setters and one Business Development Representative.
This is a player-coach leadership role. You'll be responsible for your team's numbers: holding them to activity targets, coaching them on script and process, and keeping the pipeline full and moving. If you've led a sales team, know how to drive accountability without burning people out, and can roll up your sleeves when needed, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coach a team of appointment setters and one BDR
- Hold the team to daily and weekly activity and booking targets
- Monitor calls and pipeline; coach on script, objection handling, and follow-up
- Run accountability check-ins and report team performance
- Keep the CRM disciplined and the pipeline full across the team
- Step in directly when the team needs support hitting targets
Who You Are
- Proven sales leader — you've managed setters, SDRs, or a sales floor before
- Drive accountability through coaching, not just pressure
- Comfortable reading the numbers and acting on what they tell you
- Disciplined with CRM and pipeline oversight
- Persuasive and coachable yourself — you model what you expect
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by your team hitting targets
Compensation
- $2,500 CAD/month base + commission — tied to team performance
- Paid in Canadian Dollars on the 15th and 30th of each month
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time
- Full-time, Contract
