Soak Luxury Bath Products is looking to hire for a Service Technician role who is willing to be the go-to person for our products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist our Senior Technician with steam shower assemblies at customers’ residence.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing steam showers and tubs.
- Answer calls and email inquiries from customers.
Secondary Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Loading and unloading crates using a forklift.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Greet customers and occasionally assist in sales.
- Other duties as assigned.

- You’re flexible and open to taking on other duties as needed.
- You’re a team player and work well with others as well as independently.
Requirements:
- Some knowledge on plumbing, mechanical, and/or electrical is required.
- Must be physically fit to lift heavy products, assemble units, etc.
- Have a valid Class 5 driver’s licence and own a vehicle.
- Have at least 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
- Bonus if you know how to operate a forklift.
