Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to promote client satisfaction and retention
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills for explaining treatments and listening to client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program is required
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates or those seeking internship opportunities
