DECO Windshield Repair operates 450+ locations across Canada and the United States providing mobile on-demand windshield service. With its bright orange kiosks and fun branding, DECO has become a household name across North America for windshield repair and our repair plans.
We are now hiring Site Inspectors across Canada and the United States to support operational consistency, professionalism, and customer experience across DECO locations.
Summary
As a Site Inspector with DECO, you’ll travel between DECO locations observing day-to-day operations, customer interactions, and site standards. Your reports help ensure every DECO location delivers a consistent and professional customer experience.
This is an independent field-based role. You will drive to DECO sites, park within view of the tent, observe operations for 60–90 minutes, document your findings, and continue to the next location.

With support from an experienced management team and a company culture that likes to work hard and play hard, you’ll play a crucial role in helping DECO maintain operational excellence across North America.
What You’ll Observe
At each site, you’ll observe and report on:
- Site appearance and setup
- Operator activity and professionalism
- Customer interactions and retention
- Premium service offerings
- Site coverage and attendance
- Overall customer experience
Requirements
- Must be reliable, observant, and comfortable working independently
- Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must be patient and able to remain focused for long periods
- Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle is required
- Must be comfortable with regional travel and long periods of driving
No previous inspection experience is necessary. DECO will provide training on observation standards, reporting procedures, and operational expectations.
Expectations
- Minimum 5 site visits per day
- 60–90 minutes per site visit
- Plan and route your daily travel schedule
- Submit completed observation forms
- Travel throughout your assigned region
- Weekly team meeting
- Weekly 1:1 meeting with manager
- Schedule may vary between weekdays and weekends
Compensation & Expenses
- $20/hour
- Gas expenses covered
- Oil changes reimbursed every 5,000 km driven for DECO work (receipts required)
- Personal vehicle required
- Vehicle wear-and-tear and mileage are not reimbursed
