Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products attractively and ensuring shelves are stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering advice when needed
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly during busy periods
- Assist with inventory management and organization to ensure product availability and presentation standards are maintained
