As we continue to expand our Canadian business, we are building a strong local team to accelerate brand growth, strengthen customer engagement, and establish scalable sales channels across Canada.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce channels, improving online customer experience, driving sales performance, and developing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue growth.
Position Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Manager / Supervisor to own and scale Fotile Canada’s online business across major e-commerce and retail platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full e-commerce channel strategy and online sales roadmap for Fotile Canada.
- Lead end-to-end platform expansion, including evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and launch of new channels (Amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, and other strategic partners).
- Take full ownership of online sales performance, ensuring revenue, growth, and profitability targets are achieved across all channels.
- Build and manage relationships with platform buyers and key retail/e-commerce stakeholders to drive listings expansion and business growth.
- Optimize marketplace operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, SEO, and inventory management.
- Improve conversion performance through data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights.
- Support digital marketing execution, including paid media, marketplace ads, and key promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
- Monitor core business KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROI) and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to improve customer experience, retention, and long-term brand growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital sales.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of online sales, SEO, digital marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or similar industries is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: CAD $65,000 – $80,000 annually
