Job Summary
As a mobile security supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the mobile security operations within our organization. This position requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of mobile security protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of client sites to ensure security protocols are followed
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies at various sites, providing guidance to the team.
- Conduct regular security guard inspections.
- Ensure that all security guards adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce site-specific security protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to assess and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Valid security guard license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Correctional Services.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate.
- G drivers license and a clean driving abstract.
- Proven experience in mobile security or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
