About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is essential in keeping our workplace running smoothly, supporting staff, and providing a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors. Duration for this seasonal position is approx. until mid-September 2026.
What You’ll Do
· Manage daily office activities and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
· Monitor office supplies, place orders, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and direct inquiries appropriately.
· Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.
· Maintain office calendars, schedule meetings, and support coordination needs.
· Update and organize digital and physical filing systems and databases.
· Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
· Provide general support to team members and management.
What You Bring
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· A strong aptitude for database workflows, including comfort with digital tools, data entry systems, and helping build or improve digital processes.
· Willingness to learn and contribute to database creation, maintenance, and continuous process improvements.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and stay calm in a busy office environment.
· High school diploma (or working toward completion).
· Previous office administration experience is an asset.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
