Landscape Supervisor / Foreman
We are hiring experienced Landscape Supervisors for both landscape construction and landscape maintenance divisions.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing crews, maintaining job quality, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape crews on-site
- Maintain quality control and job efficiency
- Communicate with team members and management professionally
- Organize materials, equipment, and daily job tasks
- Train and develop crew members
- Ensure sites are clean, safe, and organized
Requirements
- Previous landscape leadership or foreman experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Able to lead by example and maintain production standards
- Two references required before interview
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime available during peak season
