Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled construction labour to join our construction team. This role involves supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, familiarity with construction tools and techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This position offers valuable hands-on experience across multiple aspects of construction, including carpentry.
Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform carpentry duties such as framing, cabinet installation, and drywall work
- Conduct masonry work including bricklaying and concrete finishing
- Assist with plumbing, electrical wiring, and electrical experience tasks as needed
- Support restoration projects by preparing surfaces and performing repairs
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience or training in construction-related tasks is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is desirable
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
