Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of beauty services including manicures, Bio Gel, Gel-X, Shellac Manicure, Russian Manicure, removals, custom nail art, and SMART pedicures.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by sterilizing equipment thoroughly
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client’s visit
- Shape, buff, and file nails while promoting healthy cuticle and nail growth
- Actively listen to clients’ needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Perform relaxing hand and foot massages as part of select services
- Answer phone calls, book appointments, handle cash, and process card payments efficiently
- Monitor and manage nail product inventory; reorder supplies as needed
- Educate clients on healthy nail care practices and recommend appropriate products or regular services
- Stay updated on industry trends and learn new techniques to enhance service offerings
- Create intricate nail designs using precision tools and artistic techniques
- Address client concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with fellow nail technicians, receptionists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow
- Create and share engaging content on social media platforms to promote nail art and salon services
- Promote personal work on social media to grow clientele

Pay: $50.00-$200.00 per day
