POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic Jr. Administrator to join our team in an exciting and growing industry. This is a new and pivotal role that will provide broad exposure to operations and management within a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will play a key role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly, systems stay efficient, and projects move forward successfully. This on-site position is ideal for administrators with strong self-management skills, discipline, and superb attention to detail skills. Certain tasks may be repetitive and mental stamina is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration & Operations Management
- Create, update, and implement strategies to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor efficiency, identify areas for process improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Review and update manuals and procedures on a periodic basis.
- Review completed work to ensure quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and issue finalized documents, including reports, exhibits, and correspondence, following standard procedures.
- Develop an organic database of therapists for North America, Europe, and Australia. Gather statistics and general data. Review and combine this information into established reports for use within the business.
- Support the leadership team in regular day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Reply to emails and online inquiries from customers.
- Provide technical support that ensures all audio/visual, Zoom functionalities, etc. are problem-free.
- Process and manage post-event follow-ups and reports.
- Develop reports or revise existing reports.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Education
- Post secondary diploma or a degree in business, office administration, or communications (preferred).
Requirements
- Min. 2+ years in office administration.
- Advanced attention to detail, clerical accuracy, and the ability to self-audit.
- Strong written, verbal, and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and customer service orientation.
- Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Adobe.
- High level of professionalism, trust, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and results driven.
- Assertive, confident, and able to deal with issues head-on as they happen.
- Able to multi-task and keep projects on track to meet strict deadlines and follow through on projects until completion.
- Experience with Zoom.

WHAT WE OFFER
Job Type On-site (Pickering office).
Employment Type Full-time (Monday-Friday; 40-44 hrs per week).
Level Entry-level (experience 1-3 years).
Base salary $45,000-55,000 / year.
Benefits $2,0000 / year health spending account.
Vacation 10 business days/year.
Sick days 3 days/year.
Parking On-site (free).

Must Last two positions held must be in office administration.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
