Our busy manufacturing client is recruiting for a Maintenance Team Lead. Reporting to the Plant Manager you will supervise and organize the the maintenance team's activities. You will lead maintenance technicians, and mechanics providing leadership and support to ensure the team is productive, and motivated. You will develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules and PM programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. You are a hands-on leader who will oversee the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities. You have the technical ability to support technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures and the solutions. You will manage inventory and spare parts, enforce safety protocols, maintain accurate documentation of maintenance department activities, look for ways to promote continuous improvements, develop training programs to enhance the skills, and knowledge of maintenance personnel, and work with outside contractors.
You have worked in the industrial/manufacturing maintenance field for 5+ years, supervised for 3+ years, graduated with a Technical/College diploma coupled with above average communication skills.
Pay: $45.00-$48.00 per hour
