CKD Salon is currently looking for 1 professional and motivated team member to join our salon.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, has excellent customer service, and works well in a team environment. Most of our clientele are part of the Filipino community, so Tagalog-speaking applicants are highly welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and service offerings
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and special treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Excellent communication skills for consultations, team collaboration, and client interactions
- Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is preferred
- Proficiency at managing front desk operations such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
