Our collaborative team includes Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, and other allied health professionals working together to deliver exceptional care.
Our Clinic Administrators play a vital role in ensuring a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience for every client.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Clinic Administrator to join our front desk team on a part-time, hourly basis.
This role requires strong availability, including regular weekend shifts, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of a busy wellness clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule and manage appointments using the clinic booking system
- Answer phone and email inquiries and assist clients with booking questions
- Process payments and assist with insurance direct billing
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of reception and common areas
- Support practitioners with client flow and day-to-day clinic operations
- Follow clinic protocols, including opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or reception experience required
- Experience working in a healthcare, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or wellness clinic environment is strongly preferred
- Experience with Jane App or similar clinic management software is a major asset
- Excellent customer service and client engagement skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and payment software
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy clinic setting
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Candidates with strong availability, including weekends and occasional shift coverage, will be prioritized.
