Sales Coordinator - Windows & Doors
Lifetime Windows & Doors is looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales & Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of our growing company.
This is a hands-on role that includes:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Scheduling appointments, installations, and service calls
- Following up on leads and assisting with sales
- Coordinating with suppliers and installation crews
- Managing marketing initiatives and social media
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and customer communications
- Keeping projects organized from sale to completion
- General office administration and helping the business run smoothly
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent with customers and communication
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Experience in the construction, renovation, or window and door industry is an asset but not required.
