Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to ensure organized record keeping
- Support bookkeeping activities and assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide excellent customer support and service to clients, patients, or visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events
- Support medical or dental office operations if applicable, including managing patient files and assisting with administrative tasks specific to healthcare settings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Support team members with administrative projects requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Managing social media and online store.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles; experience in medical or dental offices is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail for document review and correspondence
- Previous customer service experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and customer support abilities
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional setting

Pay: $17.20-$20.08 per hour
