Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Skilled Construction Labourer to join our team in Leduc, AB. With 5+ years of hands-on experience, you’ll work on a variety of residential renovation projects. Competitive pay, health benefits, and mileage reimbursement offered. No weekends required! Apply today!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general renovation work including:
- Assisting in framing & finishing
- Flooring (various types)
- Painting and trim work
- Follow project plans, update task progress in app-based tracking system
- Assist with site prep and cleanup as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential renovations or skilled trades
- Skilled in multiple trades (framing, drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Comfortable using digital tools for time and task tracking
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Basic tool set (required)
- Ability to commute to Leduc and job sites across Edmonton (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Ability to haul tools and materials from the shop or suppliers is a strong asset, Truck will be preferred (compensation offered)
