Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Foreman Construction to lead and oversee construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing team members, and maintaining project timelines. The Working Foreman will serve as a critical link between project management and field crews to deliver successful construction outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide onsite activities
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Manage project budgets in collaboration with project managers, tracking costs and resource allocation
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Provide guidance and supervision to field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Assist in construction estimating and planning for upcoming phases of the project
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in the construction industry with a strong background in managing field teams
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes and techniques
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction estimating practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination among team members, clients, and vendors
- Ability to enforce safety regulations diligently and conduct safety inspections regularly
- Experience supervising projects from inception to completion is preferred

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
