Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' safety and well-being, providing assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding patient status and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document observations and interactions with patients accurately in accordance with hospital policies.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to patient care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in patient care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear Criminal Background Check.
- Full G License.
- Clean Driving Abstract.
- Standard First Aid & CPR-C.
- WHMIS with Transportation of Dangerous Goods.
