We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Parking Officer. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid BC driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
- Punctuality and self-discipline.
- Polite with a professional attitude and well-mannered demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and training skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor designated parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations.
- Issue parking violation notices for infractions such as expired time, lack of displayed parking permits, failure to register in the app, unauthorized parking, and other offenses.
- Report any issues and concerns at all sites, including security concerns.
- Utilize a personal vehicle for traveling between locations as required.
