Inclusion Health is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and child-focused Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our pediatric community team.
This role involves supporting children and families across home, community, school, and clinic-based settings under the direction of Occupational Therapists.

Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of therapy programs developed by Occupational Therapists
- Work with children in home, school, clinic, and community environments
- Support development of fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, play, and daily living skills
- Assist with therapeutic activities and functional goals
- Communicate professionally with families and the therapy team
- Maintain appropriate documentation and follow care plans
Qualifications & Requirements
- OTA/PTA diploma or related rehabilitation assistant training preferred
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and child-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Eligible to work in Canada
