Delivery Coordinator
Big West Ford is looking for a full-time Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role is an important part of the customer experience, helping ensure every vehicle delivery is organized, accurate, and handled with professionalism from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with customers, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy dealership environment. If you take pride in creating a smooth and positive experience for customers, this could be a great opportunity to join the Big West Ford team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are clean, ready, and properly equipped prior to customer delivery
- Review vehicle features, paperwork, accessories, and delivery details for accuracy
- Provide customers with a clear and professional orientation of their vehicle
- Explain key features, technology, and basic vehicle functions
- Answer customer questions during the delivery process
- Work closely with the sales, finance, service, and detail teams to keep deliveries running smoothly
- Help maintain an organized delivery process and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with other dealership duties as required
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional, friendly, and confident when working with customers
- High attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is considered an asset
- Comfortable learning and explaining vehicle features and technology

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- automotive dealership : 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Alberta Driver's License (preferred)
