Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus, but not mandatory. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming front desk and ensuring smooth office operations.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other software
- Handle filing, document management, and general clerical tasks with attention to detail
- Assist with customer support and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment, Sterilization
- Support bookkeeping activities related to office operations as needed
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an office or medical/dental setting
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software like QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and data accuracy
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is desirable but not required
- Prior experience with medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not mandatory
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and organizational ability
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
